Requirements
담당하게 될 업무입니다
- 일본법인의 인사 전반 운영 및 제도 구축
- 채용 전략 수립 및 실행
- 인사관리(HRM): 급여, 근태, 평가, 보상, 계약, 취업규칙 관리
- 인재육성(HRD): 온보딩, 교육 프로그램 기획 및 운영
- 본사(HQ) HR팀과의 커뮤니케이션 및 보고 체계 정비
- 일본 노동법 및 HR 트렌드 모니터링 및 제도 개선 제안
업무 수행에 필요한 자질입니다
- 일본 내 인사/채용/노무 관련 경력 5년 이상
- 일본 노동법 및 인사제도 전반에 대한 이해
- 일본어 비즈니스 수준 필수
- 일본 내 근무 가능자 (비자 소지 또는 발급 가능)

- 일본 내 현지 채용 플랫폼 운영 및 다이렉트 소싱 경험

Benefits
근무조건
- 근무지: 한국 본사 또는 일본 도쿄(하이브리드 가능)
- 근무형태: 주 5일
- 근무시간: 09:00:18:00 (유연근무 가능)
- 급여: 경력 및 역량에 따라 협의
