Overview
Following OSL's recent acquisition of Coinbest, we are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the full spectrum of HR responsibilities for our Japan office, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and strategic planning.
As a fast-paced crypto company, we need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and headquarters to provide comprehensive HR support and strategic guidance.
The ideal candidate will deeply understand business needs and organizational culture, helping achieve HR objectives and enhancing employee experience. You will be a core member of the HR team, working closely with senior management to drive business growth and foster a positive employee culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage recruitment channels and communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Drive the recruitment process, ensuring efficient candidate attraction within the company's resources.
- Develop strategies to attract high-quality candidates while maintaining alignment with company culture.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Proactively manage and push forward key HR initiatives and hiring timelines.
- Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- HR Operations:
- Provide expertise on Japanese labor laws, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.
- Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback.
- Handle employee relations with flexibility and adaptability, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, with strong knowledge of hiring processes and candidate sourcing.
- HRBP experience with solid foundations in labor law and performance management practices.
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
