As a HR Manager at our company, you will lead the planning and execution of human resources strategies aimed at supporting the overall growth of the organization.
Specifically, you will oversee all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, development, performance management, compensation, and labor relations, while contributing to the fostering of our corporate culture and the improvement of employee engagement.
This is a critical position that requires collaboration with the management team to drive HR initiatives directly aligned with business strategy.
- Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy Formulation and Execution:
Collaborate with the management team to formulate and execute HR strategies (e.g., recruitment planning, talent development, organizational design) based on the business plan.
Talent Management:
Plan and execute recruitment strategies, and oversee the entire selection process. Additionally, manage and improve the employee performance evaluation system, and drive the identification and development plans for high-potential talent.
Talent Development and Training:
Plan and implement training programs aimed at enhancing employee capabilities.
Compensation and
Benefits:
Design and operate a compensation system (salary, bonuses, retirement benefits, etc.) that is both competitive and equitable, and manage employee benefits.
Organizational Development and Culture Building:
Conduct employee engagement surveys, promote improvement measures, and lead activities to instill the corporate philosophy and culture.
Labor Relations and Compliance:
Ensure appropriate labor management practices based on legal compliance (e.g., Labor Standards Act). Establish and maintain internal company regulations.
Team Management:
Mentor and develop members of the HR department, and manage departmental goal setting and budgeting.
- Minimum Qualifications
Deep knowledge and practical experience in all major HR functions, including recruitment, talent development, compensation/evaluation system design, and labor management.
Strong knowledge of labor-related laws and the ability to execute duties with a focus on compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and build trust with management, department heads, and employees.
High level of problem-solving ability and strategic thinking.
- Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HR integration (PMI) following M&A or organizational restructuring.
Experience in implementing or operating Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Related certifications such as Career Consultant or Social Insurance and Labor Consultant (Sharoushi).
