仕事内容:
当社は、企業のDX推進を支援する成長フェーズのITベンチャーです。
事業拡大に伴い、代表・事業責任者直下で、採用をプロジェクトとして推進する採用PM(RPO) を募集しています。
単なる採用代行・事務作業ではなく、「どんな人が必要か」「どう採用すれば事業が前に進むか」 まで踏み込んで関われるポジションです。
▼主な業務内容
ご経験・稼働に応じて、無理のない範囲からお任せします。
- 採用要件の整理・すり合わせ(代表・現場と連携)
- 求人作成、媒体運用、スカウト配信
- 候補者対応(書類選考、日程調整、面談・一次面接など)
- 採用フロー・オペレーションの改善
- RPOとしての採用進行管理

アピールポイント:

RPO・インハウスで培った経験を、事業側の視点で活かせるポジション です。

代表・事業責任者と直接やり取りしながら、採用要件・進め方を一緒に設計します。
採用が事業にどう効いているか を実感しやすい環境です。
◎ 裁量はあるが、丸投げしない
信頼ベースで任せますが、放置はしません。壁打ち・相談しながら進められるので、「一人で抱え込む採用」にはなりません。

- RPOまたはインハウス人事としての採用実務経験
- 求人作成、候補者対応、面談・面接対応の経験
- 採用を「作業」ではなく「仕事として面白い」と感じている方

- スタートアップ・ベンチャーでの就業経験
- 採用代行/人材紹介などでの実務経験
