▼概要

■採用戦略の策定と実行

・経営層との密接な連携を通じ、事業の成長戦略を支える採用戦略をリードします。

競合他社に対する優位性を持つ中途採用方針・基準の策定と実行の中心を担っていきます。

■採用業務プロセスの最適化

・採用業務全般のフローとオペレーションの改善を継続的に行っていきます。選考開始から採用決定までのコミュニケーションプランを設計しながらプロセスを改善し、質の高い採用を実現します。

■母集団形成と採用マーケティング

・各採用チャネルを通じてマッチ度の高い母集団形成(エージェント、ダイレクトソーシング、リファラル等)を目指していきます。採用ベンダーや関係者との関係構築も行っていきます。

・企業の魅力を発信するための採用マーケティング活動を、関連チームと連携しながら推進し、優秀な人材の母集団形成、タレントプールマネジメント、採用関連資料の改善を行います。

■ハイクラス人材の採用

・マネージャーやCXOクラスのハイクラス人材の採用を推進していきます。エージェントやヘッドハンターとのネットワーク構築を進め、戦略的な採用を実現します。

【求める人材】

▼必須要件(経験・スキル)

下記いずれも満たす方

・IT企業またはベンチャー企業での中途採用実務経験5年以上

・経営戦略や人員計画から採用戦略に落とし込み、各ステークホルダーを巻き込みながら成果を創出した一連の経験

・採用の成果責任を持ちつつ、事業推進を行った経験

・メンバーマネジメント経験(採用、指導、育成、評価、報酬決定)

・メガベンチャー企業での人事経験

・IT/WEB業界での人事経験

・中途採用および新卒採用の双方の経験

・採用マーケティングや広報活動の企画・実行経験
