主な業務内容:
年間売上目標およびKPIの達成に向けた営業戦略の立案・実行・進捗管理
ダイレクトレスポンス広告領域において、広告営業チームや外部パートナーと連携し、売上拡大と新規パートナー企業の開拓を推進
一般広告・クリエイティブ制作・代理店サービスなど、複数の収益モデルを管理しながら、新規クライアントの開拓および多様な広告ソリューションの提案を実施
セールスパイプラインを最適化し、各案件の成果最大化を支援
社内外の関係者と連携し、円滑な情報共有・調整・プロジェクトの推進
主要クライアントとの信頼関係を構築し、長期的なパートナーシップを育成
新規ビジネスチャンスを発掘し、新規顧客への提案から契約締結までをリード
ブランドコンテンツ案件の企画立案・提案・制作進行を統括
営業ディレクターおよび財務チームと連携し、契約・請求・レポートなどの業務を管理
デジタル・テレビ・イベントなど、マルチプラットフォームで展開する広告案件の進行・実施を管理
成功事例(ケーススタディ)を作成し、営業チームおよびクライアントへの共有を推進


必要となるスキル・経験:
メディア業界または広告業界での5年以上の広告営業経験をお持ちの方(収益拡大の実績がある方を歓迎)
クライアントやパートナー企業との関係構築に優れ、交渉力・クロージングスキルを備えている方
自発的に行動でき、チームワークを大切にしながら成果を出せる方
メディア業界やストーリーテリング、ビジネス開発への強い関心と情熱をお持ちの方
日本語が母国語レベルで、英語でのコミュニケーション能力や活用意欲のある方は尚可(英語は必須スキルではないです。入社後のスキルアップを歓迎)
Microsoft Excel、Word、PowerPointなどの基本的なビジネスツール操作に習熟している方

THE ROLE:
Ad Sales and Business Development Manager, Japan

Join the A+E Global Media Japan Team as we embark on an exciting journey to transform and rapidly grow our business.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Ad Sales and Business Development Manager, Japan to contribute to the overall growth of the advertising sales and partnership business and build strong customer and business partner relationships.

To achieve both division and company targets, you will be responsible for expanding the company's advertising and other sales efforts in Japan, and developing partnerships to engage current / new agencies and clients, generating a variety of revenue streams for the company.

Job Requirements:
Manage personal goals and key partnerships, including annual revenue targets, key performance metrics, and skill development.

Coordinate with the ad sales team to achieve annual revenue and achievement goal targets, maintain key partnerships and realize new partnerships while managing external sales reps to achieve individual/team goals.

Manage the direct response and other ad sales revenue stream, supporting and driving sales from external sales reps as well as identifying and closing new direct response and other clients on own.

Oversee revenue streams from general advertising sales, creative production, and agency services; support and drive sales by external sales representatives; and independently identify and secure contracts with new direct response and other clients
Manage multiple sales pipelines and analyze each opportunity thorough every stage to maximize sales revenue.
Ensure information is communicated to the various departments within the Company and external partners,
Build key relationships with priority clients as well as pitch and close deals to identified potential clients
Develop new business and revenue opportunities, and long-term business partnerships
Manage highly creative branded content production pitches independently and with the team, managing the production process end-to-end.
Develop and support various areas of business partnerships

Track all assigned ad sales projects and revenue targets, liaising with the Sales Director and Finance team on contract status, invoicing for completed projects, and reporting.

Ensure successful fulfillment of agreed contractual terms for specific ad sales campaigns and achievement of annual revenue targets.
Execute priority multi-platform partnerships (production timelines, asset delivery, creative review process, implementation)
Responsible for case study development and present to sales team and client


YOUR STORY:
5+ years ad sales experience in the media or advertising industries with a proven record of revenue growth.
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships and partnerships, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-driven, collaborative, and passionate about media, creative storytelling, and business development.
Good written and spoken English is advantageous in addition to fluency in Japanese.
Proficient with Microsoft applications such as, Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
