仕事内容
主に:
・新規開拓
・主体的に営業活動を行い、相手に応じた柔軟な提案ができる方
・クライアントとの折衝、交渉
・プロジェクトの進行管理
・お見積もりや請求書など、数字の管理
応募資格
・日本語、英語ビジネスレベル
・広告業界または印刷関連業界における、新規顧客の開拓を含む営業の経験(5年以上)
もしくは
・外資系企業にて、新規営業・ビジネスディベロップメントの経験(5年以上)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you will lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and crafting tailored proposals that resonate with client needs.
Your ability to think creatively, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects will be key to success in this role.Main Responsibilities:
Lead new business development efforts across packaging and digital services
Proactively identify and approach potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning relevant agency solutions
Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations, tailored to client objectives
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from initial outreach to contract negotiation and onboarding
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
Collaborate closely with internal creative and project management teams to ensure successful delivery
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and key milestones in alignment with client expectations
Handle estimates, quotations, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and transparency throughout
Track and analyze sales performance and pipeline metrics, reporting progress to leadership
Qualifications
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
Either of the following experiences is required:5+ years of sales experience in the advertising or print-related industry, including new client acquisition
5+ years of experience in new business development or sales at a foreign-affiliated (global) company
Preferred Experience
B2B sales experience across various creative fields such as advertising, packaging, and digital
