ポジション概要:
フィリップスジャパンの医療機器・ヘルスケア製品の需要予測を担う中核ポジションです。営業・マーケティング・サプライチェーン・財務などの部門と連携し、精度の高い予測を通じて、製品供給の最適化と顧客満足度の向上を実現します。シニアスタッフとして、チームの業務推進と改善をリードしていただきます。
具体的な業務内容:
統計モデルを用いた予測作成:
過去の販売データをもとに、製品別・顧客別のベースライン予測を作成
ExcelやPower BIを活用したトレンド分析、季節変動の可視化
部門横断的な予測調整:
営業部門との月次レビューを通じて、キャンペーンや大型案件の反映
マーケティング部門からの新製品投入スケジュールやプロモーション情報の収集
サプライチェーン部門と連携し、在庫状況やリードタイムを考慮した供給計画の調整
顧客別予測の精緻化:
大手病院・医療法人担当のセールスチームと定期的なフォーキャストミーティングを実施
セールスマネージャーと連携し、導入スケジュールや予算状況を反映
予測精度の評価と改善:
実績との乖離分析(Forecast Accuracy, Biasなどの指標を使用)
改善アクションの立案と実行(例:特定製品群の予測モデル見直し)
S&OP/IBPプロセスの推進:
月次のミーティングにて、予測データの報告と戦略提案
ギャップ分析に基づく複数シナリオの提示(例:需要急増時の対応策)
将来的な人材育成・チームリード:
チームメンバーの業務レビュー、育成支援
チーム内の予測プロセス標準化、ベストプラクティスの共有
社内での役割:
Senior Demand Plannerは、Commercial Operations部門内の需要予測チームに所属し、事業部全体の計画精度と業務効率を高めるための中心的な役割を担います。社内では以下のような位置づけになります:
クロスファンクショナルなハブとしての役割
営業、マーケティング、サプライチェーン、財務、カスタマーサービスなど、複数部門の情報を統合し、需要予測に反映させる「情報の交差点」として機能します。
各部門との定例ミーティングを主導し、予測の前提条件や変更点を確認・調整します。
経営判断を支えるデータ提供者
月次・四半期のS&OP(Sales & Operations Planning)やIBP(Integrated Business Planning)プロセスにおいて、経営層が意思決定を行うための予測データとシナリオ分析を提供します。
予測精度やギャップ分析の結果をもとに、リスクと機会を可視化し、戦略的な提案を行います。
チーム内のリーダー・メンター
Junior Plannerやアナリストの業務レビュー、育成、業務改善の指導を行い、チーム全体のスキル向上を図ります。
予測プロセスの標準化やベストプラクティスの導入を推進し、チームの生産性と品質を高めます。
グローバルとの連携窓口
フィリップスのグローバル需要計画チームとの連携を通じて、日本市場の特性を反映した予測モデルの調整や、グローバルベストプラクティスのローカライズを行います。
海外拠点との英語でのコミュニケーションを通じて、情報共有と調整を円滑に進めます。

フィリップスジャパンは、医療現場で使用される画像診断装置、患者モニタリングシステム、治療機器など、命に関わる製品を提供しています。需要予測の精度は、これらの製品が必要なタイミングで医療機関に届くかどうかを左右する重要な要素です。
このポジションでは、予測精度の向上を通じて以下のような社会的価値を創出します:
医療現場の安定供給の支援: 予測精度が高まることで、医療機器の欠品や納期遅延を防ぎ、医療従事者が安心して治療に専念できる環境を支えます。
患者の命を守る間接的な貢献: 適切なタイミングで医療機器が供給されることで、救急医療や手術などの現場での対応力が向上し、患者の命を救うことにつながります。
医療資源の最適活用: 過剰在庫や無駄な輸送を減らすことで、医療機関のコスト削減と環境負荷の軽減にも貢献します。
災害・パンデミック時の迅速な対応: 需要変動の予測とシナリオプランニングにより、緊急時の供給体制を強化し、社会全体のレジリエンス向上に寄与します。
このように、単なる「予測業務」にとどまらず、医療インフラの安定と社会的責任を担う重要な役割です。

このポジションに求められる実務経験 :
複数年における需要予測・供給計画・製造計画・S&OP/IBP関連業務経験
日本語・英語での高いコミュニケーション能力
クロスファンクショナルなチームとの協働経験
需要・供給両面でのサービスレベル管理スキル
Excelを中心とした高度な分析スキル(Microsoftアプリケーション全般)
SAPおよび需要予測関連アプリケーションの使用経験(尚可)
人材マネジメント経験(尚可)

【契約期間】期間の定めなし
【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)

【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間:原則として12:00-13:00
【勤務形態】ハイブリット(週3日オフィス出社、週2日までリモート勤務可能)
【休日】毎週土曜日(所定休日)、日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日-1月4日)
【休暇】初年度有給休暇 最大20日間(2年度~5年度 20日/6年度以降 25日 付与)、CareLeave(年間10日間)、Sick Leave(年間最大30日間)ほか
【時間外労働】あり
※ただし、管理職での採用の場合は、残業代は支給対象外(深夜勤務手当、休日深夜勤務手当の支給はあり)
【給与】基本給 年収700~1000万円 ご経験により考慮します
【賞与】インセンティブ 20%
※インセンティブは毎年3月に支給。(会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動あり)
※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり
