About the RoleThis role leads end‑to‑end inbound marketing projects, from client development and strategic planning through to execution.
Working in a multicultural, cross‑functional environment, the position plays a key role in shaping how Japan's regions are positioned for global audiences amid growing inbound tourism demand.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead inbound marketing projects from client acquisition to planning and execution (including major national clients)
Develop and execute marketing strategies (digital marketing, PR, promotions, etc.)
Support content production, advertising, and PR using the company's overseas network
Coordinate and manage projects with clients and partners
Measure and optimize marketing performance using data analysis
Develop travel products and experiences with tourism operators and regional stakeholders
Provide OJT, coaching, and skill development for planners
Work strategically across brand strategy, travel product development, video/web production, digital marketing, and global traveler promotion
Requirements
Must haves
3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or agency roles
Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn strategies into actionable work
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust
Business level Japanese and business level English
Preferred Qualifications
Client-facing leadership experience
Experience in new client acquisition or account expansion
Experience managing KPIs/OKRs
Business strategy development experience
Knowledge of creative direction and production workflows
