職務内容:
日本市場におけるBESS製品の売上およびシェア目標達成に向け、包括的な事業開発戦略を策定・実行すること
電力会社、プロジェクト開発事業者、EPC事業者、その他主要ステークホルダーとの関係構築・強化を図ること
エネルギー貯蔵分野における市場分析を実施し、事業機会、業界動向、競合環境、新規市場の可能性を特定すること
顧客に対し、効果的かつ説得力のある営業提案書およびプレゼンテーションを作成・実施すること
マーケティング部門および技術部門と連携し、販促資料や製品デモンストレーションを企画・実施すること
契約交渉を行い、販売契約を締結するとともに、顧客満足度を確保し、社内規程に則った取引を推進すること
営業実績を管理・分析し、定期的に経営層へ報告を行うこと
業界イベント、展示会、カンファレンス等においてTrina Solarを代表し、ブランド認知度向上およびリード獲得を推進すること


応募資格・スキル要件:
工学系、経営学系、または関連分野での学士号を有する方
※大学院修了(修士・博士)の方は尚可
エネルギー貯蔵または再生可能エネルギー業界における営業経験(5年以上)をお持ちの方

日本語力:
ビジネスレベル以上(必須)

※中国語または英語での業務経験をお持ちの方は歓迎
売上目標の達成、新規市場開拓、事業成長の実績を有する方
蓄電池エネルギー貯蔵システム(BESS)およびその応用に関する十分な知識をお持ちの方
高いコミュニケーション能力・交渉力・プレゼンテーション能力を備えている方
変化の速い環境において、自律的に業務を遂行するとともにチームで協働できる方
APAC地域への頻繁な出張に対応できる方

Job Title:
Sales Manager, BESS (Based in Japan)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for BESS products in Japan.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, including utility companies, project developers, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, competitive landscape, and potential new markets in the energy storage sector.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop promotional materials and product demonstrations.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Represent Trina Solar at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.


Skills Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the energy storage or renewable energy industry
Good proficient of Japanese is a MUST and Chinese/English languages are added
advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and developing
new markets.
Strong understanding of battery energy storage systems and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel frequently within the APAC region.
