【仕事内容】

※本ポジションの社員は、学校法人グロービス経営大学院に入社日より出向となります。

グロービスのビジネススクール部門では、CRMツールが世に浸透していない時代から、AccessやExcel等を駆使して、マーケティング・営業活動から、卒業生との継続的な関係構築までを注力してきました。

当ポジションでは、関連部門・部署を巻き込んだ上で、主にスクール部門(グロービス経営大学院)向けのDX推進を担っていただきます。

【具体的には】

・スクール部門全体のDX推進に向けたIT企画、実行とマネジメント

問題解決を行うために課題を設定し、企画から業務改革促進、CRM・MA・データ分析基盤・AI系ソリューションの実装や現場展開まで含め、一貫して実施いただきます。

・ 現場ニーズへの対応ならびにユーザサポート(必要に応じて)

顧客や、社内スタッフからのシステム改修要望をまとめ、改修案件として、外注または内製にて対応します。

・関係パートナー・ベンダーのコントロール

外部に委託する作業に関しては、外注先のベンダーと協業いただきながらDX推進に取り組んでいただきます。

・チームや各プロジェクトのマネジメント

今回の募集ではCRMチームに所属いただき、MITとも協業しながら、スクール部門の全体最適を鑑みたIT戦略の立案・実行と、部門・部署横断型の大型プロジェクトにも担当、リーダーとして参画していただきます。

【求める人材】

・AI、機械学習にかかわる知識、実務経験

・CRM領域にかかわる経験(Salesforce活用、運用経験、MarketoなどのMA活用、運用経験、TableauなどのBIツールやデータ分析基盤導入等)

・システム開発プロジェクトにおけるチームリーダー経験

・システム開発における要件定義・設計・開発・テスト・運用までの一連の業務経験

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
