主な業務領域
IT Directorとして、以下の3領域を横断的にリードしていただきます。
【1】情報セキュリティ・ITガバナンス
- グループ全体の情報セキュリティ戦略の立案と実行
- ISMS(ISO27001)の新規取得に向けたプロジェクト推進
- プライバシーマーク(Pマーク)の維持管理(※外部コンサルと連携)
【2】社内DX推進・ITシステム構築
- 社内業務のデジタル化・自動化に向けたITツールの導入・最適化
- 顧客管理/請求/KPI可視化などの業務プロセス改善
- グローバル拠点との情報連携とITインフラ整備
- 生成AI等の新技術を活用した業務改革の推進
【3】社内IT運用(※業務委託メンバーと連携)
- ヘルプデスク対応、IT資産管理(PC・ネットワーク等)の体制構築
- 社内アカウント管理・運用ルールの整備
- 業務マニュアル・フローの構築・アップデート
Key Responsibilities
As IT Director, you will lead initiatives across the following three domains:
1. Information Security & IT Governance
- Define and execute group-wide information security strategy
- Lead ISMS (ISO27001) certification project
Manage Privacy Mark (P-Mark) certification with external consultants
Internal DX & IT Systems Development
Drive digitalization and automation of internal workflows
- Improve operational processes such as CRM, invoicing, and KPI visualization
- Strengthen IT infrastructure and collaboration across global offices
Lead transformation initiatives using emerging technologies like generative AI
Internal IT Operations (with outsourced support)
Set up IT helpdesk operations and manage IT assets (PCs, networks, etc.)
- Oversee account management and internal IT policy
- Develop and maintain operations manuals and workflow documentation

応募要件|Requirements
<必須>
- 4年制大学卒業
- セキュリティ・情報システムに関する実務経験5年以上
- 現場と対話しながら、IT導入や改修をリードした経験
- グローバルチームと連携できる英語力(読み書き・会話)
- 生成AIを業務に取り入れた実務経験
Must - Have
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in security and IT systems
- Proven track record in leading IT implementations with strong stakeholder engagement
- Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
- Hands-on experience using generative AI in business
