Our client, a leading company in the fashion industry, is seeking a Senior HRBP/Director to join their Human Resources team in Japan. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end corporate recruitment processes
- Collaborate with business leaders on talent acquisition strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor for organizational development
- Drive innovative sourcing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with hiring protocols and manage visa processes
- Support cross-functional HR projects and recruitment technology
- Manage headcount planning aligned with workforce strategy
- Deliver quarterly talent updates and communications
- Lead onboarding experience and internal branding initiatives
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of HR experience in corporate environment
- BS or BA in HRM, Business or relevant field
- Experience in HRIS management, knowledge of Workday is a plus
- Skilled in negotiation and management of strategic vendor relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, consultative approach
- Good command of spoken and written English & other Asian Languages
- Experience with talent acquisition strategies
- Ability to work in Japan
- Experience in organizational development and performance management
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives
- Experience in managing visa sponsorship and relocation processes
