Job Summary
Office of the APAC CTO/ソリューション技術統括本部・ソリューションアーキテクト本部は、社内でも高度な技術的専門知識を持ち、特定のソリューションに関わるビジネス推進を担うエキスパートの部隊です。
NetApp製品およびクラウドソリューションを活用し、企業・組織のストレージインフラやデータ管理戦略のソリューション・アーキテクチャ設計、提案をする役割を持ちます。営業・SE・パートナーと協力しながらのプリセールス活動、導入支援、技術的アドバイザリー等により顧客のビジネス課題解決を支援します。また、社内・社外への啓蒙活動を通じてソリューションビジネスの拡大を目指します。
業務内容:
ソリューションアーキテクトとして、セキュリティ・ソリューションをご担当いただき、以下の業務を行います。
- 顧客の要件ヒアリングおよび課題分析
- NetApp製品・サービスを用いたソリューション設計
- ハイブリッドクラウド環境(AWS、Azure、Google Cloud)との連携設計
- サードパーティ製品(バックアップソフトウェア等)との統合設計
- 技術提案資料・アーキテクチャ図の作成
- プリセールス活動(デモ、PoC、技術説明)
- 導入プロジェクトにおける技術支援
- 最新技術・製品情報の収集と社内・社外への積極的な共有
- パートナー企業との協業・技術サポート
Job Requirements
必須要項:
・ITインフラまたはクラウドソリューション(AWS、Azure、Google Cloud等)の設計・提案・導入支援のいずれかに 10年以上関わった経験
・データ保護、バックアップ、DR(Disaster Recovery)ソリューションの設計・提案経験
・顧客やパートナー企業との技術的な打ち合わせを主導し、要件定義からソリューション設計までを実行した経験
・日本語での明確かつ的確な文書作成・プレゼンテーション・ディスカッションのスキル
・英語での技術資料読解や、グローバルチームとの基本的なコミュニケーションが可能な能力(メール、チャット、会議)
・セキュリティ要件を考慮したシステム構成設計の経験(オンプレミス、クラウド、ハイブリッドいずれも可)
・社内外の関係者と協力し、プロジェクトを円滑に進行させた実績
・社内外での技術セミナー、勉強会、ワークショップの企画・講師経験
望ましいスキル:
・大規模企業や戦略的アカウントに対するプリセールス活動の経験
・AWS、Azure、Google Cloudいずれかの認定資格(Solutions Architect、Security Specialty等)
・セキュリティフレームワーク(ISO 27001、NIST等)に基づく提案や設計経験
・複雑な技術課題を整理し、実行可能なアクションプランに落とし込むスキル
・海外拠点や多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーと協働し、成果を出した経験

雇用形態:正社員・期間の定め無
試⽤期間:3か月(試用期間中の勤務条件に変更はありません)
就業時間:9:00-17:30 (フレックス制 or 裁量労働制)
