Department Overview

This position is responsible for promoting efficient IT operations and establishing robust IT governance across the organization.

By leveraging
generative AI
and other emerging technologies, the team drives
digital transformation (DX)
and develops new
human + AI operational models
, contributing to group-wide innovation and scalability.

Role Overview

As a member of the
Digital Planning & Promotion
team, you will lead both
digital transformation initiatives
and
IT governance improvements
using cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI.

This is a high-impact role with close exposure to senior management, where your proposals can influence strategies across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the use of generative AI:
    Plan and implement new applications, services, and internal training programs in collaboration with business units and group companies.
  • Build and manage IT governance frameworks:
    Oversee security, risk, compliance, and AI usage policies; coordinate with legal, compliance, and risk management teams.
  • Manage DX-related projects:
    Collaborate with business divisions to plan and manage digital transformation initiatives and AI-related projects.
  • Research emerging technologies:
    Conduct research on AI and other advanced technologies, track industry trends, and explore partnerships with major tech or startup firms.
  • Stakeholder coordination:
    Organize and facilitate governance meetings, AI committees, and executive briefings.

Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Experience as a
    Project Manager
    or
    Business Analyst
  • Basic knowledge of IT development and operations (Fundamental or Applied IT Engineer certification preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and proactive project-driving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to align stakeholders
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Business-level Japanese proficiency

Preferred:

  • Experience in
    IT project management or PMO
    roles
  • Professional experience in the
    financial industry
    (banking, securities, asset management, etc.)
  • Knowledge of
    application development methodologies
    (Agile experience preferred)
  • Experience with
    AI or machine learning
    projects (data processing, model development, or MLOps)
  • Understanding of current
    AI and technology trends
  • Experience with
    cloud services (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS)
    implementation or operations
  • Experience in
    IT governance
    ,
    risk management
    , or
    compliance
    (SOC2/ISO27001 experience a plus)
  • Relevant certifications (Information Security Specialist, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, etc.)
  • Basic English proficiency

本ポジションでは、グループ全体における効率的なITオペレーションの実現とIT統制・運営基盤の確立を推進します。

また、生成AIをはじめとする先端技術を活用し、
人+AIによる新しいオペレーションモデルの企画・提案・推進
を通じて、全社的なデジタル化・DX推進をリードしていただきます。

■ 職務内容

デジタル企画推進担当として、生成AIを中心としたデジタル化推進および堅牢なITガバナンスの両面から、組織全体の変革をリードしていただきます。

経営層や関連部署と密に連携し、提案内容がグローバルを含む全社へ影響を与えるポジションです。

主な業務内容:

  • 生成AI活用推進:新しいアプリケーション、サービス、社内研修などの企画・実行
  • ITガバナンス構築・運営:AI利用に関するセキュリティ、リスク管理、コンプライアンス対応
  • DX関連プロジェクト管理:ビジネス部門と連携したAI/DXプロジェクトの企画・推進
  • 先端技術調査:AIをはじめとする最新技術や業界動向のリサーチ、ベンダー・スタートアップとの協業検討
  • 経営層および関係部門との連携:AI委員会や経営会議など各種会議体の企画・運営

■ 応募要件

<必須要件>

  • プロジェクトマネージャーまたはビジネスアナリストとしての経験
  • IT開発・運用に関する基礎知識(基本情報技術者・応用情報技術者資格あれば尚可)
  • 分析力、課題解決力、主体的な推進力
  • 関係者をリードできるコミュニケーション力とリーダーシップ
  • MS Office(Word/Excel/PowerPoint)の使用スキル
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力

  • ITプロジェクト管理またはPMO経験
  • 金融業界での実務経験(証券・銀行・アセットマネジメントなど)
  • アプリケーション開発手法(特にAgile開発)の知識・経験
  • AI/機械学習プロジェクト経験(データ処理、モデル開発、MLOpsなど)
  • クラウド(SaaS/PaaS/IaaS)の導入・運用経験
  • ITガバナンス、リスク管理、コンプライアンス対応経験(SOC2、ISO27001対応歓迎)
  • 情報処理安全確保支援士、CISA、CISM、CISSP、CRISC等の資格保有者歓迎
  • 基礎的な英語力
