What You'll Do
当社パブリックセクター(公共領域)案件専属のコーディネーターとして文書の管理、タイムリーなプロセス管理等、全般サポートをお任せします。
【業務内容】
・入札から落札までプロポーザル活動全般のサポート:ロジ確認、必要書面の収集、文書準備
・落札したプロジェクトの進行サポート:定期報告書面作成と提出・報告/再委託先との契約関連業務/経費証憑類の収集/イベント実施サポート
・精算検査対応:報告書面作成と提出/検査対応
・その他関連するコーディネーション
What You'll Bring
【必須条件】
・大学卒業以上
・事務経験3年以上
・読み/書きできる程度の英語力(TOEIC750以上)
【歓迎条件】
・契約締結に関する経験
・経理経験
・プロジェクト管理の経験
【求める人物像】
・柔軟性がありコミュニケーション力の高い方
・業務にスピーディーに対応できる方
・独立して業務を行い、忙しい環境で仕事を整理し、優先順位をつける能力のある方
