About the Department
The Strategic Pricing Group engages with diverse stakeholders across political and healthcare landscapes to drive patient access to innovative products. Our team is dedicated to delivering the best possible outcomes for patients with diabetes, obesity, growth hormone deficiencies, and rare bleeding disorders.
The Position
We're seeking a talented Pricing Specialist to execute market access and strategic pricing projects, including developing price negotiation strategies and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing price negotiation strategies in collaboration with pricing team members.
- Contributing to pipeline access plans and mid/long-term price forecasts in designated disease areas.
- Supporting the development of WPP/ARP schemes, local market access plans, HEOR activities, and payer communication strategies.
- Fostering close communication with internal stakeholders and external entities.
- Working flexibly within the Market Access & Pricing team to address prioritized issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above required.
- Experience in pricing mandatory.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Experience in life science industry (pharmaceutical industry preferred).
