Job Title: Executive Relationships Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Relationships Manager to establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with Executive Directors, Directors, and Managers within our clients to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Present to all levels of management and critical stakeholders within the client to communicate pertinent information.
- Develop complete statements of work that include solution design, pricing, SLA's, and remedies.
- Manage the end-to-end SOW development and approval process to completion with existing clients.
- Forecast client revenue on time and accurately, present and review invoices with the client, and demonstrate a deep understanding of cost drivers that impact client profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; graduate degree in business or specialist area preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working for a software, consulting, or communications firm managing large-scale e-commerce or operations-oriented initiatives.
- Extensive professional experience managing significant client relationships.
- Widely seasoned technical specialist in field.
- Comprehensive understanding of techniques of a professional services/consultancy firm.
Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
