Director of Official Brand Store

We are seeking a creative and experienced director to oversee the construction and operation of national clients' official stores on Rakuten Ichiba.

This is a challenging and rewarding job that allows you to send out your creativity in the 'Rakuten Ichiba' where many people gather, and it is actually a valuable position within the Rakuten Group to be directly involved in the creation of e-commerce sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Builddirect various productions related to the construction and operation of the national client's official store on Rakuten Ichiba
• Communicate with the client to create the best creative for the client
• Plan, propose, create/revise contents to increase sales
• Manage production progress
• Provide instructions to designers (web design and coding)

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience
• Experience in client negotiation
• Experience as a web designer or web director
• Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
• Basic PowerPoint skills (level to create documents)
• Basic knowledge of website creation (HTML, CSS, JS, Photoshop)

TOEIC Score exceeding 800 or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country
