Responsibilities include:
• Communicating with clients and solving problems.
• Account direction and managing account team.
• Supervising and training Account Executives and Account Managers.
• Creating proposals for clients.
• Working on advertising-related projects with clients and agency partners.
• Managing schedules and budgets.
• Upselling and expanding business with existing clients.
• Leading negotiations and liaising between management and account team.

Requirements:
• High proficiency in Account Management.
• At least 7 years of experience in advertising industry.
• 3+ years of experience as Account Supervisor or above.
• Knowledge of production processes and brand strategy.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Understanding of digital landscape and social media platforms.
• Experience in brand marketing and latest trends.
• Team leadership and proposal creation skills.
