Tokyo airbus Full time

Develop a confident commercial relationship with customers, monitoring and improving the overall relationship as required. Identifying potential Airbus buyers and operators, establishing regular contacts, and developing relationships at all levels. The primary goal is to acquire additional business by identifying customer needs, recommending and managing activities, and ensuring internal Airbus alignment. The role involves leading and managing a commercial team, obtaining support from experts, and working closely with Airbus departments. This includes maintaining customer relationships after contract signature and aircraft delivery, and preparing regular reports for Airbus senior management. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent relational skills, proactive, and creative. They should have a broad culture, facilitating adaptation to various social milieus and circumstances. The role requires an awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
