Department: Japan ACM Marketing
Reports to: Manager – Japan ACM Marketing
Location: Tokyo
Main Responsibilities:
- Clear responsibility for the success of a specific product or product portfolio in the Japanese market.
- Build trust as the product's Japanese market lead, collaborating closely with the global business unit, external partners, and strategic alliance teams.
- Lead and coordinate the development of product launch strategies, driving timely and effective market entry. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including Japan's pharmaceutical department and external partners.
- Develop and adjust sales strategies for the product in the Japanese market, understanding market dynamics and working closely with sales teams and the global business unit.
- Monitor market developments, proactively addressing risks and identifying growth opportunities.
- Manage product lifecycle responsibilities, including pricing, quality-related matters, and inventory management.
- Define the correct value proposition for existing and new products through market research, identifying growth opportunities, and defining the value proposition for existing products and pipeline products.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Strong document creation and presentation skills.
- Experience in marketing for medical-related companies is a significant plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in related businesses, such as bioinformation monitoring or respiratory management, is a plus.
