Job Title: Big-Thinking Leader for AVS ProServe
We are seeking a highly effective Product Manager to transform the way we support brands with insights and growth advisory capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and run voice of customer mechanisms to understand vendor pain points.
- Deep dive into key improvements needed to raise the bar on vendor experiences.
- Define the strategy and roadmap for the ProServe service and technical capability.
- Run strategy and technical reviews with the leadership team to gain feedback and alignment.
- Provide input to technical architecture to enable best-in-class user experience with tech partners.
- Work with the science team to detail out capabilities that solve critical customer problems.
- Collaborate with business partners to experiment, validate hypotheses, and iterate plans.
About the Team:
Our Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) ProServe team goes deep with our largest and most sophisticated vendor customers, combining elite client-service skills with cutting-edge data science techniques, backed up by Amazon's 20+ years of experience in Japan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business-level Japanese.
Salary: Will be provided individually prior to the 1st interview. We start from the customer's problem and work backwards to apply distinctive results that "only Amazon" can deliver.
