Job Description

We are seeking a highly effective technical leader to transform the way we support brands with insights and growth advisory capabilities.

This role calls for someone who is a highly effective Product Manager with a proven passion for identifying vendor needs, designing new services, and leveraging latest technology and science to engage customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand vendor pain points by designing and running voice of customer mechanisms.
  • Deep dive into key improvements needed to enhance vendor experiences.
  • Define ProServe service and technical capability strategy and roadmap.
  • Run strategy and technical review with leadership team to gain feedback and alignment.
  • Provide input to technical architecture to enable best-in-class user experience with tech partners.
  • Work with science team to detail out capabilities to solve critical customer problems.
  • Experiment and validate hypothesis with business partners and iterate the plan.

About the Team:

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Tokyo, Japan.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
  • Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Business-level Japanese.
