Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute on a Video sales plan in Japan
- Achieve the Japan sales budget for video and contribute to the APAC and Global video sales target each financial cycle
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to support Sales, Marketing and Alliance teams on Jabra Video solutions and be aware of the competition and sales arguments
- Lead other salespeople as the 'Video professional' in driving use cases by visiting Distributors, Partners and Customers to provide 'subject matter expertise', demonstrations and deliver presentations
- Support at events, trade shows and webinars with specific input on Jabra's Video solutions
- Help each salesperson to develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities in CRM and review these opportunities daily
- Participate in the Jabra sales forecast process and have specific knowledge of all significant sales opportunities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong background and current experience in sales of IT, Peripherals to enterprise
- Preferable in audio video (AV) solutions and/or video conferencing
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics
- Degree level or equivalent qualification
- Business English communication skill
