■業務内容:空間デザイナー店舗・住宅・オフィスのデザイン企画及び提案を中心に、全ての工程に空間デザイナーとして関わっていただきます。
<業務詳細>デザインや設計を中心にお任せ。案件によっては、店舗ビジネスに関する提案をすることもあります。
例:店舗ロゴやPRツールなどのグラフィックデザインや、フードメニューの提案。表面的なCGのデザインに留まらず、デザインそのものの設計・立体化に必要な素材の選定や取り寄せ、施工方法の計画に至るまで、顧客と調整しながら推進※顧客との窓口は営業が担当※入社後はチーム内での先輩社員のフォローのもと、OJTが中心
■内装デザイン実績:累計10,000件以上の実績・アパホテルグループ本社/銀座そら/KUDOCHI sauna

<案件内容>芸能人の別荘や高級サウナ、ナイトクラブや会員制バーなどの富裕層向け案件が多く、東京オフィスでは5億~10億などの高単価案件も多く受注。富裕層向け案件は技術力やデザイン力が高く求められるため、スキルUPが可能です。
<安定性>紹介やリピートだけでなく、著名人の住宅や商業施設など、作った場所が人目に触れる機会が多数あるため、実際にデザインした空間を見た方からの依頼も多いです。また、サウナなど高難易度の案件においても、スキルと実績を持つ当社だからこそ依頼をいただけております。

<年収>段階的に昇給を行っています。例:3年目…720万円~/5年目…1000万円~
