職務詳細:
・医務査定基準・各種ガイドラインおよび各種内規に基づいた、各種生命保険商品の引受査定業務(医務査定・財務査定・環境査定)
・復活、中途付加時の医務査定業務
・インジニアム(契約管理システム)・イメージワーフクロー・入金前システムを含む各種システムオペレーション
・各種査定付随業務(選択情報の入力、再保険照会など)
・営業拠点からの各種照会に対する対応
・業務改善(医務査定基準の改訂やマニュアル更新を含む)、システム開発などへの対応
スキルと経験
(必須):
・傷病に関する基礎的な知識、及び趣味、職業など死亡率や罹患率に影響を及ぼす非医的知識(経験者の場合)
・良好な意思決定能力
・顧客、代理店、営業職員との良好なコミュニケーション能力を有する
・現状に対する問題意識と探求心・向上心
・チームで協力して仕事を進めることができる方
(歓迎):
・一般過程試験、専門過程試験、生命保険講座2科目以上、日本UW協会初級試験
(他社経験のある方の場合、上記試験に合格していること。未経験者の場合は、早期に合格する必要がある。)
(有れば尚可):
・英語のスキル
(早期に習得いただきたい事項):
・インジニアム(契約管理システム)、その他システムに関する知識
・商品、特約、給付金に関する知識
・査定基準、引受規定に関する理解
社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン:
ハイブリッド勤務になります。社外勤務は当社のガイドライン(Working Better)に従ってチームで決定いたします。
残業について:
月10~20時間
*繁忙期の残業時間に変動の可能性あり
給与:
経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。
通勤交通費支給(当社規定による)
変動賞与年1回(個人、会社業績に応じて支給)
勤務時間:
原則 9:00~17:00(実働7時間)
