同社は累計1万件を超える店舗内装のデザイン会社です。
設計~施工までをワンストップでご提供します。
■業務内容:当社は営業や施工、アフターメンテナンスまで、横断的にサービスを提供しています。今回募集するポジションは商業施設・住宅・別荘、ランドマーク、飲食店、オフィスの設計及びデザイン提案を中心に建築士という視点から関わっていただきます。

・設計業務
・図面の修正指示
・全体工程の作成
・既存建物に関しての各種情報整理、構造計算
・現場での説明やデザイナーとの協業
・役所への申請業務、資料作成
※空間デザイナーと営業と一緒にプロジェクトを進めていきます。お客様の窓口は営業が担当します。
■デザイン実績:アパホテルグループ本社/銀座そら/KUDOCHI sauna など
※施工割合(店舗系:20%、オフィス20%、商業施設・クリニック30%、住宅10%、その他(サウナやジム等)20%中には芸能人の別荘なども担当します。
■働く環境:◎夏季・年末年始休暇:夏休みは最大15日間取得可能。長期休暇を使って様々な場所に出向き、触れ合い、インスピレーションを得ることが奨励されます。
【求める人材】
■必須条件:以下いずれかにあてはまる方
建築士1級の資格をお持ちの方
(※2級で将来的に1級を目指したい方も応募可)
【給与】
<予定年収>660万円~1,200万円
<月額>550,000円~1,000,000円12分割)
■昇給:年1回(6月)※2年目以降・年1回の昇給金額は、平均 5万円
※残業手当:残業時間に応じて別途支給(1分単位)・残業時間平均20時間
