本職では、既存ならびに新規のお客様との関係構築、財務面・事業面・戦略面からの経営目標とニーズの把握、そして最適な再保険ソリューションの企画・実行など、コンセプト構築から実現までの全工程に注力頂きます。

【主な職務内容】

• Aonの再保険ブローカーチームの中核メンバーとして日本の生命再保険市場を担当
• Aonの擁する全世界の生命保険関連チームとの密接な連携を通じたお客様へのソリューション提供
• 財務面・事業面・資本面・戦略面での経営目標やニーズを抽出し、生命再保険分野における事業機会を具体化するクライアント・プランの策定(既存顧客・新規顧客)
• 日本の生命再保険分野におけるAonのサービス内容と価値提案のさらなる構築とその提案
• お客様である生命保険会社との様々な階層にわたる多面的な関係構築
• お客様のニーズに即した再保険取引実現のために必要な定量・定性情報の分析と構造化
• 最適なソリューションの組成(伝統的な生命再保険と非伝統的・革新的な再保険ソリューションの両方)
• 取引の実行(入札戦略・プロセス管理、条件交渉、契約書作成、SLA管理)
• 候補先再保険会社に対するリスクや経済条件の説明・交渉
• 国内外の再保険会社との関係構築と、再保険会社の知見・プレゼンス・引受方針を踏まえた機会特定

【求められる資質】

• 保険数理や、金融・数学・統計等関連分野での大学卒業レベル以上の知見
• 生命(再)保険業界での営業、コンサルティング、もしくは分析関連(負債評価・料率算定等)の実務経験
  再保険知識や経験があれば尚可
• 日本国内の会計・規制に対する強固な理解、グローバルな知見があれば尚可
• 英語・日本語の双方におけるビジネスレベルの言語能力
• お客様に対する熱意と献身、成功への意欲
• 自発性、自己管理能力、責任もって課題解決に取り組む姿勢、プレッシャー下の適切な優先順位設定
• 既存・新規のお客様との関係を築き、信頼関係を育む意思と能力

【求められるスキル・資格】

• 生命保険アクチュアリー正会員以上、またはSOA Fellow以上
• MS Office全般への造詣、Microsoft BI知識があれば尚可
• 証券アナリスト会員であれば尚可
• アクチュアリーツール活用・作成能力があれば尚可

• 勤務時間:9:00-17:00(休憩60分・実働7時間) フレックスタイム制

Senior Life Reinsurance Broker

We are seeking a highly motivated and equally talented individual to be a member of our Life and Health reinsurance team in Tokyo servicing our Japanese clients. In this role, the new team member will accelerate our efforts to develop our Life & Health portfolio in Japan:

The role will focus on developing relationships with clients and prospects, identifying and understanding their objectives and needs (financial, commercial, and strategic) and implementing the optimal reinsurance solutions from conception to execution.

Responsibilities

• A core member of Aon's reinsurance broking team for the Japanese Life & Health market
• Close collaboration with Aon's global Accident, Health and Life team to deliver solutions to clients
• Build Client and Prospect Plans that identify and understand their objectives & needs (financial, commercial, capital, strategic…) and the opportunity pipeline in the Japanese Life & Health field.
• Articulate and further develop Aon's service offering and value proposition to existing and prospective Japan life (re)insurance clients.
• Manage and develop relationships with clients at multiple levels
• Analyze and structure the information (whether quantitative or qualitative) needed for implementing successful (reinsurance) transactions meeting clients' needs
• Contribute in structuring optimal solutions (from traditional life reinsurance to non-traditional / innovative reinsurance solutions)
• Contribute to the execution of the transaction (management of tendering strategy/process, terms negotiations, contractual documentation, Service Level Agreements)
• Articulate the risks and the economics of a transaction to potential reinsurers
• Develop relationships with local and off-shore reinsurers. Identify areas of opportunities based on reinsurer's capabilities, market presence and appetite

Requirements

• University graduate in Actuarial Studies or related fields such as Finance, Mathematics or Statistical studies.
• Experience in the life (re)insurance industry working in sales, consulting and/ or analytical roles (i.e. valuation, pricing). Reinsurance knowledge/experience would be a plus.
• A strong understanding of accounting and regulation in Japan. Global perspective would be a plus.
• Multi-lingual with business level English and Japanese
• Enthusiastic dedication to clients. Winning spirit.
• Self-motivated, holds oneself accountable and takes ownership for problem resolution, able to prioritize under pressure of competing deadlines.
• A willingness and ability to build trust with and cultivate relationships with clients and prospects.
• Strong networking skills and aptitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage all levels within internal and external organizations.

Skill and Qualification

• Fully Qualified Life Actuary by IAJ or Fellow of SOA.
• Capable of using all MS Office software and if Microsoft Power BI strong would be positive.
• Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (CMA) would be positive
• Ability to use and modify actuarial tools would be positive
