仕事の内容
お客さまが事故や病気怪我等に見舞われた際に適切に保険金をお支払いするお仕事です。不安なお客様の気持ちに寄り添い複数の関係者と連絡をとり、調査や交渉、適正な支払い額の算定を行い迅速な保険金支払いを行います。
対象となる保険は自動車保険、火災保険、医療保険や新種保険など。法律や専門的な知識を要する場面もあるので、仕事を通じて幅広く多くのことを学び、プロフェショナルに成長できます。
入社する方のほとんどが未経験者です。蓄積してきた育成環境には自信がありますのでご安心ください。

業務対応例(※自動車事故の場合)
【1.初期対応】
お客様から事故受付担当者に連絡があり、その報告を確認し、さらに詳細に状況確認を実施していく
【2.損害額認定・示談交渉】
適切な保険金の支払いに向け、お客様、被害にあわれた方、保険会社、必要に応じ弁護士等専門家と連絡をとり、調査や交渉を行い、適正なお支払い額を算定する
【3.保険金支払い】
保険金を支払うための各種手続きを迅速に実施し、お客様に保険金をお支払いする
※一日でも早く適切な保険金をお支払いすることで、困っているお客様の力になる事が出来、感謝の言葉もいただける、とてもやりがいのあるお仕事です。
必要とされるスキル・経験
【必須】お客様対応業務の経験、または対外折衝業務の経験
※北海道サービスセンターと東北サービスセンターの求人に関しては、保険金支払いの業務経験、または看護師、理学療法士等医療に関わる経験のいずれかが必須となります。
【歓迎】保険金支払いの業務経験、医療の知識や経験
【研修教育】座学とOJTを組み合わせ、保険の知識や業務の流れを徐々に覚えて業務対応を行っていただきます。入社者のほとんどが未経験者です。未経験者でもしっかりと育成していきますのでご安心ください。
【最終学歴】学士号または同等の学位

【雇用形態】正社員(期間の定めなし)
【給与】採用時想定年収 520万円~760万円 ※経験者はスキルに応じて更に優遇、固定月給 37万円以上(固定残業代含む/固定残業代の相当時間:42.0時間/月)、賞与年一回支給
【就業時間】9時~17時 所定労働時間7時間 残業が発生する場合あり
【通勤手当】会社規定に基づき支給
【休日】土日祝、年末年始(12/30~1/3)
【有給休暇】初年度入社直後に5日もしくは10日(入社月による)、最高付与日数20日
毎年4月に年次有給休暇に加えて特別付加有給休暇7日を付与

・希望勤務地制度は、北海道から沖縄まで日本全国を11の勤務エリアに区分し、その中から希望勤務エリアを選択し、そのエリア外へ転勤することなく、希望する地域に根付いてキャリアを築いていく制度です。
・希望勤務エリアは、育児や介護といった個人の様々な事情やライフステージの状況に応じて変更を申請することが可能です。
・11の勤務エリア:札幌エリア、仙台エリア、さいたまエリア、東京エリア、富山エリア、名古屋エリア、大阪エリア、広島エリア、松山エリア、福岡エリア、沖縄エリア
