職務内容

【法人向け企画営業】:AIGグループおよび国内大手損害保険会社と連携を取り、延長保証制度を設計し、法人向けに展開します。各業界のトップクラスの企業における上層部の方々と接点があり、他業界では得られない成長実感がございます。

• 入社後はAIGグループでの合同研修を行った後、それぞれの部署で現場研修を約2-3ヶ月間行います。現場研修が終わった後は配属部門にてOJTが行われます。

• 新しい部署を経験できるジョブローテーションの可能性があり、将来的に様々なキャリアを築いていくことができます。

• 家電メーカーや自動車メーカー、不動産会社、通販等のお客様の要望を細かくヒアリングしながら、どのような内容の保証にするのか営業部門とオペレーション部門が一緒になって企画から開発を行い、半年以上かけてひとつひとつのプログラムをカスタムメイドで作ります。経営者や役員と商談する機会もあり、高いビジネススキルを身につけることが可能となります。

職務目的

• 無形商材である延長保証制度をお客様の新たな収益源や付加価値サービスとして、その価値を正しく提供し、当社・お客様の双方の収益を拡大していくことを目的とします。

• お客様に誠実に向き合いながら、延長保証制度のリスクを引き受ける損害保険会社とその代理店、当社委託先と信頼関係を築き、共に成長できる環境を作っていくプレイヤーとしての活動だけではなく、課・チームの目標達成に向けた管理サポート、メンバーのフォロー並びに育成に能動的に携わることが重要な役割です。

職責

• 国内大手企業に対して延長保証制度の商品企画・立案・交渉・運営・契約に至るまでの提案型営業

• 既存顧客のアップセル並びにクロスセルによる深耕

• 新規顧客の開拓(ターゲットリスト作成含む)

• 課並びにチームの目標管理並びにメンバーフォロー含めた育成サポート

• 延長保証制度に係る契約書・保証書・事務マニュアル等の作成、社内外の折衝
