医療費抑制策の進展など医薬品事業を取り巻く環境変化の中で、医療政策が製薬企業の事業におよぼす影響が増大しています。また、希少疾患など当社の重点領域において、製品価値を高める薬価戦略や、患者さんに革新的医薬品をお届けするための政策形成など医療政策・ペイシェントアクセス部門が果たす役割の重要性はますます高まっています。
また、当部の中でマーケットアクセス部門は新薬の薬価収載から薬価改定、費用対効果評価等に至るまで、厚生労働省対応を含めた薬価に関連する全ての業務を担当しています。
職務内容
新薬の薬価取得に向けた具体的な戦略立案と実行
厚生労働省への薬価申請および申請薬価取得に向けた交渉
開発パイプライン、導入候補品目の価格アセスメント
グローバルと連携したマーケットアクセスプランの策定と実行
薬価制度下のHTA(費用対効果評価)に関する対応
医療保険制度に関連する中長期的な環境変化予測と薬価への影響予測
自社品目に関する診療報酬点数およびDPCへの対応
薬価改定に係る各種対応および厚生労働省との交渉
応募要件
<学歴>
大学卒
<実務経験>
薬価および医療政策に関わる実務経験がある方
研究開発、薬事、マーケティング、メディカル等の経験があれば望ましい。
<語学>
英語力:グローバル組織との会議等で、概ね問題なくコミュニケーションが出来るレベル。(TOEIC800点以上が望ましい。)

仕事のやりがい
製薬企業において薬価は業績に直結する重要な要素であり、中長期的な経営計画に大きく影響を与えることになります。それだけ責任も重いですが、一方では新薬が無事に薬価収載され、保険診療下において患者さんに届けることが出来たときの喜びと達成感は大変大きいのもがあります。
本職務で身につくスキル・経験
プライシングの観点で、医療用医薬品の開発から薬価収載まで全ての過程に関与することにより、マーケットアクセス担当者としてグローバルでも活躍できるスキルを身につけることができます。

休日:土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など(年間123日程度)
