【ポジション概要】

不整脈治療領域で活動する営業チームを、アドミニストレーション面から支えるポジションです。

購買・支払・ベンダー管理・書類管理など、コンプライアンス遵守が求められる重要なバックオフィス業務をご担当いただきます。**【主な業務内容】

社内システムを使用した購入申請、支払依頼、ベンダー登録
資料作成(営業資料・部門向けトレーニング資料 等)
Outlook、Excel、Word、Teams、Zoom、OneDrive などの使用経験歓迎
契約書関連業務
コンプライアンスに基づく書類管理
備品の発注および在庫管理
関係者との定期ミーティング運営サポート
上記に付随する営業部のサポート業務全般
【扱う製品領域】エレクトロフィジオロジー(不整脈領域)

不整脈の診断・治療を支援する製品を扱います。


主な領域:
立体画像診断システムによる不整脈マッピング
心房細動に対するカテーテルアブレーション治療のサポート
