組織・ポジションについて
本ポジションは レノボ・ジャパンのStrategy Sales Operation部門に所属し、Consumer Business営業部門のTrusted Advisorとして各種オペレーション活動をリードする役割です。 当該営業部門の事業管理システム (Business management System: BMS) の設計・構築・運用を通して、事業目標の設定・パフォーマンス管理・課題の早期発見・アクション実施状況確認を行います。 他のファンクション(営業戦略・ファイナンス・マーケティング・プロダクト・サプライチェーン・サービス)とも連携し、実効性の高いBMSを運営します。
職務内容
Consumer営業部門のTrusted Advisorとして成長戦略策定支援・事業運営支援・改善提案を行う。 左記実現のためのデータ分析資料作成、関連部門との協業、営業メンバーに対するコミュニケーション活動を含む。
Consumer事業活動に関するBMSを設計・構築・運用する。レビューのファシリテーションおよびトラッキング。 左記業務遂行を目的とした週次・日次業績データ分析管析・資料作成を含む。
営業向け業績連動報酬(Incentive Commission:
IC)の計画から実行管理を行う:四半期毎のIC Base Planに基づき個人ターゲットおよび特別インセンティブ計画を作成、関連部門長との合意形成をリード。 ICチームと営業マネジャー間のコミュニケーション支援およびICチームの四半期Closingを支援。
Consumer事業及び全社オペレーション全般に関する業務改革支援:
営業プロセス・ツールの運用管理、営業管理イベントの企画実施、各種プロジェクトへの参画および担当領域のリード

営業企画、経営企画、マーケティング、ファイナンス、または戦略コンサルティングのいずれか職種で、KPIの設定・トラッキングや目標達成に向けた施策の推進を行った経験
戦略を立案し、その実行をマネージした経験
業務プロセスの構築、運用、改善の経験
様々なデータを見極め、課題を発見する分析力
細かな作業を丹念に実施する能力
論理的かつ他者と協業するコミュニケーション能力
Excelデータ分析, PowerPoint資料・メッセージ作成
