職務要約:
・新契約業務全般(新契約の受付から点検、不備対応、成立まで)に関する知識と事務スキルがあり、高いモチベーションをもって、新契約業務を担当する。

・初回保険料の収納に関する知識があり、高いモチベーションをもって、保険料の充当処理(経理処理を含む)を担当する。

・不備やイレギュラーが発生した場合、社内営業部門との円滑なコミュニケーションを取り問題を解決する。

・新契約関連システムに不具合が発生した場合、社内システム部門と円滑なコミュニケーションを取り問題を解決する。

・業務改善に対して意欲的、かつ積極的にプロセスを分析し論理性をもって業務効率化を提案する。


求める経験:
生命保険業務の実務職務経験が少なくとも2年以上はあること、またはそれに準じた経験があること。

保険業務に関する事務取扱マニュアル等の作成、編集を行った経験があること。


スキル及び能力:
・ネイティブレベルの日本語文書および口頭でのコミュニケーション

・すぐれたコミュニケーション能力(口頭、書面、プレゼンテーション)

・保険商品および保険業務に理解がある人が望ましい

問題解決力と意思決定力

・継続的改善に対する意欲・カスタマーセントリシティーに基づいた思考を有する

・PCスキル(Access, Excel, Word, Power Point,等)、Excelについては関数やVBAを活用したツール成経験があれば尚可

・保険関連の資格(生保講座または生保大学)があれば望ましい


社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン:
・ハイブリッド勤務になります。社外勤務は当社のガイドラインに従って決定いたします。(会社ポリシーは週3回出勤、週2回社外勤務です。)


残業について:
・月10~30時間程度を想定します。
