職務要約:
営業コンプライアンス本部は、スリーラインオブディフェンス(3つの防衛線)において、1線の中にある1.5線となります。
営業コンプライアンス本部管下の営業コンプライアンス・リスク管理部長として、コンプライアンス・リスク管理に関する各種取組の実行をリードする部の業務遂行とマネジメントを担当いただきます。
職務詳細:
複数のセールスチャネル(営業職員/代理店/金融機関)に対して、担当する部が管掌する以下の業務遂行のために管下社員をマネジメントいただきます。
- 営業拠点におけるセールスコンプライアンス・リスク管理に関する取組の点検・指導・教育
- 保険募集人(営業職員/代理店/金融機関)の募集活動に関して、不適切な募集の検知・是正のためのモニタリング(直接ヒアリング)の実施
- 苦情事案への対応に関する関係部署との調整・報告等
必須のスキル・経験:
金融機関・保険業界での勤務経験(15年以上)
金融機関・保険業界での営業管理職経験(5年以上、チャネルは問いません)
金融機関・保険業界でのコンプライアンス部門での業務管理職経験(年数は問いませんが直近での経験が望ましい)
部・グループ等を管掌したことのあるピープルマネジメントの経験
役員クラスのエグゼクティブへのレポーティング経験
MS Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint), MS Teams使用経験必須。
プレゼン資料(特にPowerPoint)、報告資料作成等も業務に含まれます。

給与:
経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。
