【募集ポジション】

認知症対応型グループホームの介護職員

【主な業務内容】

・ご入居者の日常生活全般のサポート

・洗濯、掃除、買い物、調理などの家事支援(ご入居者と一緒に実施)

・排泄介助、入浴介助などの身体介護

・起床支援、食事支援、就寝支援

・夜勤業務(月6回程度)

【業務のポイント】

・介護職員はご入居者の「メガネ」のような存在

・目を治すのではなく、目の状態を補って日常生活を送れるようにサポート

・「なんでもやってあげる」のではなく「必要な支援を、必要な人へ、必要な分だけ」

・認知症になっても当たり前の日常生活を過ごせるよう支援

・スタッフは黒子に徹し、ご入居者と"一緒に"行動

【1日のスケジュール(日勤の場合)】

・09:00 勤務開始

・09:00~12:00 洗濯、掃除、排泄介助、買い物、昼食準備(すべてご入居者と一緒に実施)

・12:00 昼食

・13:00 休憩

・14:00~18:00 洗濯取り込み、排泄介助、お風呂介助、夕食準備(すべてご入居者と一緒に実施)

・18:00 勤務終了

【勤務時間・シフト】

・日勤:9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

・遅番:11:00~20:00(休憩60分)

・夜勤:18:00~翌11:00(休憩180分)※2日勤務扱い

ご入居者が包丁を握り、火を使って調理し、買い物に出かける。そんな"普通の暮らし"を支えることを大切にしています。スタッフは「メガネ」のような存在として、ご入居者の力を引き出すサポートを行います。完全介護ではなく、できないことを応援するスタイルです。

育成担当者によるOJT研修があり、一緒に業務を行いながら学べます。夜勤も同行しながら少しずつ慣れていける環境です。資格取得支援制度もあり、未経験から介護職員初任者研修、実務者研修、介護福祉士へとステップアップできます。

月給262,968円~

基本給212,968円+夜勤手当1回あたり5,000円(月給は夜勤6回実施した場合の30,000円含む)+居住支援特別手当20,000円

・介護の基礎資格(介護職員初任者研修・実務者研修・介護福祉士)をお持ちの方は基本給223,076円

・試用期間中(入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日まで)は基本給210,056円

・夜勤業務は月に6回程度

・入社時OJT期間中に育成担当者とともに夜勤に従事した場合、夜勤手当3,000円/回
