Job Summary
今回募集するSolutions Engineerポジションはお客様に対して、ネットアップの技術的な価値を理解いただくために社内・社外の関係者との連携しながら戦略を立案、実行していただきます。
・通信、メディア業界のお客様を担当し、お客様の課題・戦略や業界の技術トレンドを深く理解し、様々な技術要素を組み合わせて積極的にビジネスチャンスを発掘、価値提案、Proof of Conceptを一貫して行っていただきます。
・パートナー企業様と連携し、幅広いお客様へのアプローチを工夫・立案いただきます。
・社内のサポート部門や関係各所と連携を取りながら業務を進めていただきます。
・お客様の背景、ニーズにあわせた啓蒙活動、ワークショップ、カスタマーブリーフィング等を実施いただきます。
Job Requirements
必要な条件/経験
・IT業界における8年以上のプリセールス経験
・AI、インフラ、仮想化、コンテナ、パブリッククラウド、Kubernetes、サイバーセキュリティ等の知識やご経験
・ストレージ製品(NAS/SAN/Object)、サービスに関する知識
・日本語による文章、および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力
・部門を超えた共同作業を行うチームワーク
・営業とともにセールス活動に積極的に取り組み、影響力を与えられる方
・物事にポジティブに取り組める
・変化に対して柔軟に対応できる
望ましい応募条件
・Azure、AWS、GCP等のクラウド認定資格やAI/Kubernetes等の資
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・英語:マニュアル、E-mailなどの読解、および英語での会話
・その他ベンダー系IT資格

雇用形態:正社員・期間の定め無
試⽤期間:3か月(試用期間中の勤務条件に変更はありません)
就業時間:9:00-17:30 (フレックス制 or 裁量労働制)
休⽇:完全週休2日制(土・日)、有給休暇、夏季休暇(3日)、年末年始(12/29~1/3)、ボランティア休暇(5日間)、私傷病・ファミリー休暇、Global Wellness Day、出産休暇(20週)、育児休暇(10日間)、養老介護休暇(10日間)
