設備管理課 スペシャリストは日本全国のFC,SC,DSに導入されている設備に新たな技術を投入し、稼働率や保全工数を改善するポジションです。 "地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業"であり続けるため、メンテナンス部門の新たな保全技術開発や設備の設計変更を推進する役割りとなります。またRMEの工数低減のため作業の分析やより効率の高まるツールを導入し、安全性や生産性を継続して改善する役割も担います。設備管理課 スペシャリストの主な業務は下記の通りです。
• 過去の設備情報を分析しコスト改善や工数低減のための新規技術を研究開発する
• 自動化、遠隔監視を推進するための新しい保全技術の研究及び開発を推進する
• FC,SC,DSで発生した設備トラブルの原因調査や再発防止対策を他のサイトに横展開を推進する
• 新規FCや設備の立ち上げに参画し、設備維持や立ち上げ業務を標準化し設備稼働の安定化を実現する
• 技術開発に対してRMEやメーカーと協力し技術導入を推進する
本ポジションに期待する人材には、新しい技術を探求し実現するカイゼン力が求められます。現場へ投入可能な技術を確立するためインダストリアルエンジニアリングとして製造に関わる知識や経験や正しく迅速な判断力が必要です。将来、海外のRMEチームとはメールや電話会議により技術交流も行うため、英語でのコミュニケーションスキルも望ましい能力です。
% of Time:Description of essential functions
1: 40% 生産設備、物流設備の新規保全技術の検討・導入
2: 30% 生産設備、物流設備の管理工数分析と工数改善策の立案・導入
3: 15% ネットワークレベルでの設備管理や標準化(各指標:設備稼働率、OEEなど)
4: 15% 設備・安全仕様の策定・推進

オペレーション部門のDEIの取り組み(Japanese Only)
Basic Qualifications:
- プロジェクト(期間6ヵ月以上)の参加経験2年以上
- 機械・電気・制御工学・生産工学・設備保全の知識を有し、いずれかの実務経験があること
- 労働安全衛生基礎知識 (法規の理解、製造工場・生産設備での安全知識)
- 工程改善・無人化・遠隔監視に関わる技術開発に携わった経験2年以上
- 高卒以上
Preferred Qualifications:

- 4年制大学の工学部または理学部卒業以上
- 5年以上の製造及び物流システム、マテリアルハンドリングシステムの開発または改善の経験

- プロジェクトチームの一員としてメンバーを尊重し業務に当たることができ、かつ変化が激しい環境下で自立的に業務を進めることができる能力
- 日本語と英語の両言語における、メールや会話でのコミュニケーション能力
