Production Manager - Lead Thermal Spray Manufacturing 製造課長 | Management Role, Future Plant Manager Opportunity
Our client, a leading company in the thermal spray chemical industry in Japan, is seeking a Lead Thermal Spray Manufacturing/Production Manager. This role offers the opportunity to manage a team of 20 in a dynamic manufacturing environment, focusing on quality, safety, and process improvement. The position offers a competitive salary up to 11 million yen annually, with a structured bonus system and 121 days of annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage thermal spray manufacturing operations
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery
- Lead and develop a team of 20 staff
- Plan and implement equipment upgrades
- Coordinate inter-departmental communication and reporting
- Improve manufacturing processes for efficiency

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of manufacturing site management experience (mandatory)
- Management experience at supervisor level or higher (mandatory)
- Intermediate English communication skills (mandatory)
- Degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or chemical)
- Experience in thermal spray manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with process improvement and equipment management
