Required experience and skills

[Required condition]
・4-year university degree or higher

・Experience leading projects involving internal and external stakeholders

・High level of communication skills in Japanese, able to collaborate with members with diverse expertise

・Basic knowledge of data science and AI

・A readiness to constantly learn about the latest technologies and trends, including AI

・If you are not a native Japanese speaker, you must have JLPT N1

[Desirable conditions]
・Interest in the M&A field (experience not required)

・Experience planning and implementing solutions using data science to address business issues

・Python programming experience

・Knowledge and experience in software engineering. Experience working with engineers is preferred

・Business level English proficiency required for verbal communication

Working hours

9:15-17:15

*Flexible working hours for associates and senior associates
Standard working hours: 7 hours Flexible time: 7:00-22:00 Core time: None

2 days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays), New Year's holiday, anniversary of foundation

The Digital - Science and Technology Group (S&T) is a cross-functional organization whose mission is to use technology to enhance the professional work of FAS.

By incorporating cutting-edge technologies such as data science and generative AI, we are required to maximize the potential of all FAS employees.


As the core of advancing this mission, product managers will work with data scientists and engineers to lead the planning, development, and implementation of products that will transform professional work.

 [Work example]

・Consider what the ideal form of FAS professional work, such as accountants and strategic consultants, should be, and develop a vision and roadmap for products that will realize and support that ideal form.

・Deepen understanding of user issues through user interviews and analysis of product usage data

・Based on user feedback, work with data scientists and engineers to reflect it in the product

・Tool for extracting acquisition/sales candidates using natural language processing

・Internal chatbots that can be used in M&A transactions that require high security

  • A tool for enhancing business management that integrates future forecasting models based on time series analysis
