担当する革新的なオンコロジー製品について、がん治療選択肢として日本の各エリアにいち早く偏りなくお届けすることを目的に、PTRBに基づいた以下の情報活動を行います。
- 薬剤の効果を十分に発揮するため、患者を守るすべてのステークホルダーの医療ニーズを理解するコミュニケーションを行い、信頼されるパートナーとなります
- 高い専門性を有する営業職として、患者ベネフィットを最大限に考えた有効性情報、安全性のサポート情報について、医療ニーズに応じて提供・提案を行います。
MRが所属する領域部は全国4つのリージョンからなる組織で、全国の医療機関に情報提供活動を展開しています。
所属および担当製品は、研修を通じて下記いずれかの部への配属を決定いたします:
- 大腸がん / 血液・呼吸器腫瘍領域部 大腸がん(Vectibix、FRUZAQLA) 多発性骨髄腫(Ninralo) リンパ腫(Adcetris) 肺がん(ALUNBRIG)
- 婦人科・泌尿器腫瘍 / 肝臓がん領域部:腎がん・肝臓がん(Cabometix) 卵巣がん(Zejura)
患者さん一人ひとりに、エビデンス基づく最適な治療選択肢を迅速かつ漏れなく提供し希望・笑顔・安心をお届けするために、
事業環境の変化が激しい中においても、事業と組織と人の持続的な成長を目的とし、MRが使命感をもって主体的にパフォーマンスを発揮できる戦略実行モデルの実装へ挑戦していきます。
職務内容:
- 自社医薬品の適正使用並びに薬物療法の向上に貢献するために、医療従事者と面談又は電子ツール等を用いた情報交流を通じて、医薬品の品質・有効性・安全性等の情報を提供、収集、伝達します。
- 医療従事者からのフィードバックやニーズを収集し社内の関係部門と調整します。
- 担当エリアにおける市場分析やスケジュール管理により最適なリソースアロケーションを実現します。

- 四年制大学卒業 以上

- MRとしての情報提供活動の経験
- 病院(H)または大学病院(U)の担当経験があれば尚可
- オンコロジー領域での活動経験があれば尚可

- 基本的に土日は休日となりますが、週末に学会共催セミナーや自社企画講演会が開催されるため、勤務日となる場合があります。(休日勤務が発生する場合には、計画的な休暇取得を推進しています)
