Medical Excellence & Innovation(MEI)が担う業務のうち、Innovationは変化する外部環境(行政、関連法規、Tech company、ベンチャー、患者団体、パートナー候補、競合情報など)を情報収集、分析し、JMO(ジャパンメディカルオフィス)リーダーシップチーム、またJMO各領域の意思決定に必要な情報を提供し、戦略の策定をサポートします。
各領域のデータ・デジタル関連のプロジェクトに対応し、内部/外部へのコーディネーター兼プロジェクトマネジメントの役割として組織横断に業務を行い、JPBUやGMAとの連携を含めたエビデンスジェネレーションに貢献します。国内外のライフサイエンス産業におけるJMOの優れた成果を戦略的に確立し、Takedaのレピュテーションを高める役割を担います。
職務内容:
- 外部ステークホルダーとの包括的な関係構築と情報収集・分析を通じて、メディカル戦略に関するJMOリーダーシップチーム、およびのビジネス上の意思決定プロセスをサポートする。
- 革新的なデジタルシステム/プラットフォームなどを活用したソリューションを探索し、Medical部門のプロジェクトプラン策定に貢献する。
- NDB含むデータベースや医療データの利活用を検討し、効率的効果的なエビデンスジェネレーションに貢献する。
- 生成AIやスマートウェアラブルを用いたリアルタイム健康管理とフィードバックなどを含むソリューションやオープンエコシステム等の検討・構築を行う。
- デジタルを活用した業務効率化をJMO内に推進する。
応募要件:
<学歴>:
- PhD、PharmD、薬剤師、看護師、疫学などの科学的学位、または修士・博士号取得を目指している方
- MBA、PMPなどのマネジメントスキル保持者、または取得を目指している方
<実務経験>:
必須要件:
- ライフサイエンス関連(製薬、医療機器、医療データ関連)での5年以上の経験
- 国内医療環境および外部ステークホルダー(MHLW、PMDA、アカデミア、Tech企業等)との業務経験
- 臨床試験、新規事業開発・企画、デジタルを用いたエビデンスジェネレーション等におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
望ましい要件:
- パブリック・プライベート・パートナーシップ(PPP)やアカデミアや地域構想を含めてのオープンイノベーションの企画・推進経験
- 健康または生命科学関連分野の学位を有し、製薬業界に関する深い理解を持つこと。
- デジタルヘルスやデータベースを用いたエビデンスジェネレーションや当局対応の経験
<スキル・資格>:
- MBA、PMPなどプロジェクトマネジメントスキルが望ましい。
- 上記業務に付随する国内、および海外ステークホルダーとのコミニュケーションスキル。
<語学>:
- 日本語:ネイティブレベル
