・医科学、安全工学、または関連する科学分野の修士号または同等の学位。
・ダイナミックな環境における、医療・安全科学関連の複雑なプロジェクト管理で5年以上の実務経験。
・医療科学、安全科学、または関連分野における基礎的な専門スキル。
・規制関連および毒性評価(トキシコロジー)研究の経験。
・規制産業における研究チームのマネジメントや、クロスファンクショナルプロジェクトのリード経験。
・日本語・英語の高いコミュニケーション能力。

Manager, Medical and Safety Sciences
【仕事内容】
【主な職務内容】
・アジアパシフィック地域のR&D チームと日本市場をつなぐ戦略的な役割を果たす。 将来的には、日本以外の市場を担当する可能性あり。
・プロフェッショナルマーケティング、薬事、政府渉外と密に連携し、医療戦略を策定・実行する。
・キーオピニオンリーダー(KOL)、ヘルス関連団体、学術機関との強固な関係構築を通じて、外部科学エンゲージメントを主導する。
・医療従事者(HCP)の推奨獲得を推進し、日本における重点ブランドの科学的リーダーシップを確立する。
・日本特有の規制環境を深く理解し、新製品導入や将来パイプラインに向けた規制ルート、タイムライン、クレーム戦略、製品ポジショニング、ターゲット層に関する指針を提供する。
・マーケティングおよび薬事と密接に連携し、ビジネスニーズに沿ったクレーム開発、科学的デモンストレーション、商業イノベーションに貢献し、既存事業の成長とカテゴリーの長期的拡大を支える。
・日本の主要な技術窓口として、クロスファンクショナルな会議に参加し、社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、技術的な問い合わせに迅速・正確・明確に対応する。
・地域およびグローバル R&D チームとの主要な日本拠点のリエゾンとして機能し、必要に応じて技術的または戦略的内容を英語へ翻訳し、組織全体で共有できるようにする。
・日本のカテゴリー市場や競合環境について深い理解を維持し、関連する技術的インサイトを積極的に収集して地域・グローバルチームへ共有する。
・マーケティング、コマーシャル、営業チーム向けに製品科学トレーニングを提供し、製品メリット、テクノロジー、クレームに関する社内知識の強化を図る。
・製品品質と技術コンプライアンスを確保するためのガイドラインや監督体制を構築し、社内基準、国内規制、グローバルのベストプラクティスとの整合性を維持する。
・監査、規制申請、社内ガバナンスに対応するため、高品質の技術文書、効率的なデータ管理、堅牢な記録管理を実現するプロセス・手順を定義・実行する。
