職務内容

  • 日本におけるMAH要件および関連法規に準拠した、GVP製造販売後安全管理体制の構築および維持
  • GVP管理責任者(安全管理責任者)として、日本国内の安全性監視業務およびモニタリング体制を統括
  • 国内外の安全性情報の収集・レビュー・評価を統括し、規制当局への適時かつ適切な報告を実施
  • PMDA規制および社内手順に準拠した安全性関連業務の遵守を担保
  • GVP関連SOPの作成および改訂
  • 自己点検、教育・研修プログラムの実施を含む、日本国内の安全管理業務全体の運営およびパフォーマンス管理
  • GVPおよび関連SOPに準拠した製造販売後安全対策関連文書の作成・改訂を他チームと連携して実施
  • PMDAおよび社内部署と連携し、添付文書改訂の統括および当局対応を実施
  • 「使用上の注意」改訂に伴う情報伝達
  • 日本市場における自社製品の安全性リスクの特定および管理
  • PV監査・当局査察に対する常時対応可能な体制(Inspection Readiness)の維持
  • 製造販売後安全性に関する規制当局からの照会対応の作成および監督
  • 製品苦情および有害事象報告が適切に受領・識別・処理される体制の確保
  • 必要に応じて、グローバルのPatient Safety/PV関連業務への参画

理想の人材

  • 学士号以上、薬剤師免許
  • 製薬業界でPV業務またはMedical Affairs経験10年以上
  • KOL、医療従事者、社内のクロスファンクショナルチームとの関係構築の経験
  • 流暢な日本語力・ビジネスレベル英語力
