Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor and partner to business teams, supporting the development of compliant solutions for commercial practices and/or medical activities.
Establish and maintain a clear governance framework with defined escalation pathways across relevant governance bodies. Design and ensure the implementation of an internal control framework that enables effective risk oversight and supports operational controls.Promote a values-driven culture, including fostering an environment that encourages speaking up. Influence behaviors and practices at the division or functional level. Collaborate closely with key leaders and managers, shaping their strategies, risk management approaches, and decision-making processes.
Support the business in defining its risk appetite and exploring pragmatic and proactive mitigation options.
Ensure that plans and actions are in place to achieve objectives, and follow up with risk owners and functional heads to drive execution.
Facilitate the completion, review and assessment of risk management plans for assigned areas and business units.
Implement training and communication related to the company's code of conduct, as well as other relevant policies, procedures, standards, and integrity-related resources.
