職務内容:
1.割賦販売法に基づく新規加盟店審査および既存加盟店の調査。
2.クレジットカード決済におけるチャージバック対応業務(調査・証拠提出・加盟店対応)
3.加盟店取引の監視、不正利用の検知・分析および対応策の立案。不審な活動があればコンプライアンス責任者に報告する。
4.発行会社やその他から報告された加盟店に関する苦情を分析し、規制で求められる必要な対応を行う(JCAのJDMシステムへの苦情報告の提出を含むが、これに限定されない)。
5.社内関連部署(カスタマーサポート・オペレーション部門など)との連携
6.割賦販売法およびJCAの自主規制ルールに基づき、定期報告書およびその他必要な報告書を作成する。

スキル及び経験:
1.加盟店リスク管理における経験(特にカード会社、決済業界または金融サービス業界での経験が望ましい)
2.クレジットカード決済におけるチャージバック対応業務の経験
3.加盟店の取引を監視し、不正利用の検知・分析および対応策の立案等の経験
4.苦情を分析し、迅速かつ規制に準拠した対応を行うためのスキル
5.内部部署との連携を円滑に行うコミュニケーションおよび協力対応スキル

午前9時30分~午後6時30分(コアタイムを午前10時30分~午後4時とするフレックスタイム制あり)
