比較的大きめのコンプライアンスチームを持つ、ディフェンスラインを重視した会社で、コンプライアンスとしても働きやすいかと思います。
ご経験によっては入社時点での英語力をあまり問いませんが、この先勉強していく気持ちのある方を求めています。また、既に英語ができる方は使用するアサインをされます。
給与は、1,100 - 1,700万円 + 株式ですが、ご経験によって若干の相談も可能です。
また、製薬業界をお持ちの方で、コンプライアンス未経験でも法務などの隣接領域で活躍されてきた方は選考対象に入るかもしれません。

Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor and partner to business teams, supporting the development of compliant solutions for commercial practices and/or medical activities. Establish and maintain a clear governance framework with defined escalation pathways across relevant governance bodies. Design and ensure the implementation of an internal control framework that enables effective risk oversight and supports operational controls.
Promote a values-driven culture, including fostering an environment that encourages speaking up. Influence behaviors and practices at the division or functional level. Collaborate closely with key leaders and managers, shaping their strategies, risk management approaches, and decision-making processes.
Support the business in defining its risk appetite and exploring pragmatic and proactive mitigation options. Ensure that plans and actions are in place to achieve objectives, and follow up with risk owners and functional heads to drive execution. Facilitate the completion, review and assessment of risk management plans for assigned areas and business units.
Implement training and communication related to the company's code of conduct, as well as other relevant policies, procedures, standards, and integrity-related resources.

ビジネス部門の戦略的パートナーとして、コンプライアンスに適合したソリューションの企画・実行を支援し、コマーシャル活動およびメディカル活動に関する助言を提供する。国内の各種ガバナンスボードとの連携と明確なエスカレーションルートを含むガバナンス体制を構築・維持する。リスク管理と内部統制を可能にする内部統制フレームワークを設計し、実装を確実に行う。
Speak Up を含む価値観に基づく企業文化を推進し、部門・機能レベルで従業員の行動や文化に影響を与える。主要なリーダーやマネージャーと協働し、事業戦略、リスク管理プロセス、意思決定に対して建設的な影響を与える。
事業のリスク許容度を評価し、実務的かつ予防的なリスク低減策を検討するよう支援する。目的達成に必要な計画および施策の実行状況を確認し、リスクオーナーや各機能責任者と連携して実行を促進する。担当領域や事業部門のリスク管理計画の作成、レビュー、評価をファシリテートする。
