Job Title: Japan Senior Brand Marketing Manager

The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver short and long-term regional cross-marketing functional strategies, aligning business and market situations across various sales channels.

  • Lead integrated processes to match marketing objectives with business goals.
  • Analyze consumer insights for Triumph, sloggi, and AMOSTYLE brands, establishing and updating the consumer journey.
  • Develop communication tools that effectively target Japanese consumers.
  • Pierce global stakeholders with timely sharing of consumer insights.

The role entails full accountability for brand strategy development, brand image building, creative development/adaptation, and deployment of tools, as well as local implementation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop key brand retail tools and assets to drive sell-out and brand equity.
  • Create and maintain powerful cross-functional relationships with Brand PR and Consumer Engagement teams.
  • Support annual budget planning process and medium- to long-term marketing planning.
  • Manage Advertising & Promotion budget for each brand.

Marketing Strategy-to-Consumer:

  • Develop Japan brand marketing concept/strategy, providing consistent brand experiences through situation analysis, brand equity study, media, and consumer trends.
  • Drive internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop Japan marketing campaigns.

Channel Marketing Strategy-to-Floor:

  • Develop impactful and efficient marketing programs to generate consumer demand at the point of sale in the Japan Market.
  • Implement in-store communication activities (BTL) ensuring consistency of Global brand image.

Salary:

Estimated salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
