This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth HR and payroll operations, maintaining compliance with Japanese labor laws, and supporting an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
Payroll Administration / 給与管理業務
Coordinate monthly payroll data (new hires, leavers, bonuses, overtime, reimbursements) with external payroll provider and labor consultant.
Input and manage payroll data using MyHR (Iris Cascade); ensure timely payslip uploads.
Ensure compliance with tax and employment regulations.
Handle employee payroll and payslip queries.

MyHR(Iris Cascade) での給与データ登録および給与明細アップロード。
税制・労働関連法規の遵守および給与に関する社内問い合わせ対応。
HR Administration / 人事業務サポート
Support recruitment (job postings, interview coordination, vendor communication with Adecco, HelloWork, MyNavi, etc.).
Maintain and update employee records in MyHR, ensuring all required documents are complete.
Manage onboarding/offboarding and social insurance procedures.
Assist with performance review data and Health & Safety committee coordination.

MyHR にて従業員情報を正確に更新・管理。
入社・退職・社会保険手続きのサポート。
人事評価や安全衛生委員会の運営補助。
Compliance & Reporting / コンプライアンス・レポート業務
Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and company policies.
Prepare monthly HR and payroll reports (headcount, annual leave, payroll summaries, etc.).
Support internal/external audits and employee visa applications.
労働法や社内規定の遵守。
人事・給与レポート(月次人員、年休残数、給与集計など)の作成。
監査対応および在留資格申請サポート。
Qualifications / 応募要件
Minimum 3 years' experience in HR & payroll administration.
Experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
Strong understanding of Japanese employment, tax, and social insurance laws.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (Iris Cascade, Workday, People Oracle, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

外部給与計算業者との連携経験。
日本の労働法・社会保険・税制に関する知識。
HRISシステム(Iris Cascade、Workdayなど)の使用経験。
正確性・機密保持・柔軟性に優れた方。
人事・経営・ビジネス関連分野の学士号(歓迎)。
Languages / 言語
Business-level English and Japanese required.
英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベル必須。
